• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any legitimate reason at any time.

2. Products, Information & Beauty Disclaimer

• Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, features, and packaging of our skincare, body care, and botanical hair products as accurately as possible. However, individual screen calibrations may slightly alter color representation.

• Cosmetic & Herbal Disclaimer: Our skincare, personal care, and herbal hair products are formulated for cosmetic and personal care purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease.

• Allergy Notice: Customers are strongly advised to check all product ingredients and perform a patch test prior to full application. Get Livora is not liable for individual skin allergies, adverse sensitivities, or improper product use.

3. Pricing & Currency

• All prices displayed on our website are denominated in UAE Dirhams (AED).

• In compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law on Value Added Tax (VAT), prices are inclusive of 5% VAT where applicable.

• We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or adjust promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders, Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Order Acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation email does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit order quantities at our discretion (e.g., in cases of suspected fraud, stock discrepancies, or unverified contact details).

• Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), digital wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) across all Emirates.

• COD Terms: By selecting Cash on Delivery, you commit to paying the full invoice amount in AED upon package handover by the courier. Repeated failure to accept valid COD shipments without prior notice may result in account blacklisting and restriction of future COD orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines, costs, and terms are governed by our standard shipping procedures across the UAE.

• Customers must provide an accurate UAE delivery address, building details, and active local contact number. Delays caused by incorrect contact details or unresponsiveness to courier communications are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All product returns, replacements, and refunds are strictly governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, graphic design, layout structure, product photography, and text on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of Get Livora and are protected under UAE and international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or duplication is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, Get Livora, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or the use of any purchased products beyond the purchase price of the item in question.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local regulations of the relevant Emirate. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be settled exclusively by the competent courts of the UAE.
