Once your order is dispatched from our facility, you'll automatically receive an SMS and email with a live courier tracking link — no need to ask us for it.
Order Status Timeline
- Order Confirmed — sent right after checkout via SMS/Email/WhatsApp
- Dispatched — sent when your package leaves our facility, with a tracking link
- Out for Delivery — our courier partner will call or WhatsApp you directly to confirm your location
Haven't received a tracking link?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GST), Saturday to Thursday, are dispatched the same day. If it's been longer than that and you haven't heard from us, message our support team on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll check the status for you right away.
